When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number. For US and international (non-EU) customers who do not receive an email, you can also locate your tracking number, and delivery time, in your Orders area.

Often, ground shipments are placed on a truck that goes directly to a hub closest to your delivery address and may not go through checks along the way. We ask that you keep it at least until the day after the scheduled delivery date and contact us if you have any questions.
