We work hard every day to make sure our customers will always be satisfied with our products and online shopping experience.
If you wish to return an item or your entire purchase, we will gladly accept it within 30 calendar days. Please note that the time period begins the day you receive your product at your doorstep.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address informed by our customer service team. We are not responsible for any lost package returned to us.
The collectible must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all original parts inside the styrofoam case and inside the art box and cardboard box, well protected with bubble wrap. We need to receive the item complete in order to approve the refund.
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, it will be analyzed by our team. If we notice that any damage to the product has occurred due to improper repacking, we will not proceed with the refund and we may charge you for any shipping cost to resend the item.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Once we receive your return, we will process it within up to 10 business days. Depending on your bank’s or credit card processing time, it may take longer for the return to reflect on your account. Please note that original shipping fee is not refundable.
The product value that will be considered for refund purposes is the net amount paid at the moment of the purchase.
Any amounts deducted from a gift card are not eligible for refunds in cash.
Rewards points used will not be converted in cash for reimbursement purposes and respective points used at the purchase will be returned to your Iron Studios Rewards account.
- Pre Order Items
We keep the initial payment captured (Non-Refundable deposit), plus the shipping fees.
If your item arrived damaged, we will issue a gift card in the same value you paid, valid for 30 days. If, at the moment, we do not have any item you wish in stock, we will issue a refund.
Our Customer Service team may request pictures of the damaged products as well as pictures of the boxes they arrived in (in cases of damages during transportation). Under these circumstances, we will cover your returning expenses and we will be sending you a return label via FedEx (For US customers). For international customers, our team will help you with the return considering your location.
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, it will be analyzed by our team. If we notice that any damage to the product has occurred due to misuse,(falls, knocks, broken parts, glued parts, natural or weather conditions, improper connection to the electrical network, attempts to repair the product on its own or by third parties), we will not proceed with the refund.
Issues that do not qualify as a defective product:
- We pack our orders as carefully as possible so that they arrive at your address in perfect conditions. Unfortunately, we know that as hard as we try, problems can happen during transportation and orders may not always arrive as expected so outer boxes and art boxes won’t be eligible for an exchange/refund.
- Our statues are handcrafted and because of that there may be some differences between one item and another, or from the picture originally presented at our website. For that reason, minor cosmetic paint issues will not be considered as a defective item.
If you received the statue as a gift and wish to return it
If you wish to return the item, you should still provide us with the order number or ask the person who originally did the purchase to contact us. We can only refund the money to the original buyer. Either way we need the order number to proceed with the return.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
A refused shipment will be considered as a return. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If an order is returned to us due to an error on your part (E.g: Incorrect Address or nobody home to receive it), we will contact and charge you to reship the order.
Orders returned due to international fees, duties or taxes that were not paid, charged by local authorities upon product arrival, are not eligible for a refund.
Purchased Items from another vendor
If you bought our statues from another store, you should contact them for assistance. Please note that Iron Studios has several partnerships with other distributors.
