You can make some changes to your profile only before placing a new order.
To do so, access the Customers area (located at the top of the site)
and then click on "My Account".
Enter with your login and your profile page will appear.
In the right corner there will be the Profile, Addresses, Credit Cards, Authentication and Logout options. Click on Profile and then on Edit.
- What can you change?
You can change your information like:
First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Gender and Birthday. All of them are optional except First Name and Last Name.
It is important that you know that our platform uses your email address as the main registration and therefore it is not possible for you or us to change your email address. If you no longer have access to your account and you have made a purchase, please contact us to find out more about the status of your order.
If you no longer want to use the email registered in your account, please register again.
